Hello, I'm Jenny, founder of Jenny's Home Support Services.

I started this business because I understand how much of a difference the right support can make to everyday life. Sometimes it's not personal care that's needed, but a trusted, reliable person who can provide practical help, companionship and reassurance.

For many years, I have worked in support-based roles within schools and alongside neurodiverse adults in employment settings. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping people build confidence, maintain independence and navigate the challenges that life can bring.

My inspiration for Jenny's Home Support Services also comes from personal experience. Over many years, I supported and cared for both of my parents whenever they needed me. Through that experience, I saw first-hand how difficult it can be for older people and their families to find flexible, trustworthy support that helps them continue living comfortably and independently at home.

Many families today live further apart than they once did. Loved ones often balance work, children and other commitments, making it difficult to be there as often as they would like. Sometimes, having someone dependable to help with shopping, household tasks, appointments or simply to share a conversation can make all the difference.

That is exactly why Jenny's Home Support Services was created.

I am passionate about providing a genuinely personal service, delivered with kindness, patience, respect and good humour. Every client is unique, so I take the time to understand their individual needs and provide support that fits around their lifestyle, helping them stay connected, confident and independent in the place they feel most comfortable: their own home.
